Here is a site I found that is selling it for really cheap. You may not get all the packaging, but thats ok. http://www.clickcooldeals.com/show_detail.php?item_id=392 . You can even look to see it on Adobe.com for the latest details. Even eBay will have older copies from people not using it anymore. Its worth a try if you don't want to go the full blown Photoshop, but remember its limited compared to PS. It at least offers more image management than some of these open source solutions out there.
