I agree some things were copied from Mac, but its still not too bad. I use Parallels with XP and am now looking forward to upgrading to Vista. There is a cost ot upgrade - not just the upgrade price, but the lost productivity as the switch is made and as folks get used to the new interface. As PCs/laptops need replacing, obviously you will buy them with Vista. But I wouldn't convert any of my existing machines today. MicroSoft has yet to show me a compelling business reason to make the switch right now. “Eventually” is the operative word in my mind. It looks awesome and works pretty good. I had no problems upgrading from XP and feel it will help Microsoft attract more of the creative crowd. I agree that they copied Apple on some items, but doesn't Apple copy Microsoft with their stuff in OS X and even finally came out with a right click mouse?
